I’m looking to get a quote for guttering and downpipe work at my home in North Fremantle. The gutters and downpipes haven’t had much maintenance for over 12 years, and some areas are visibly rusted/damaged. The house itself is approx. 79m² with guttering on the front and back only. The guttering at the back of the property is harder to access as is higher - maybe 4-5metres up. There is also a carport with gutter and downpipe that needs replacing. The measurements are as follows: 1 x 11.03m 1 x 11.08m 1 x 11.32m 1 x 1.75m 1 x 2.07m 1 x 5.5m 1 x 5.32m plus 5-6 downpipes. See Photos I think the best option is full gutter/downpipe replacement, but I’d appreciate advice on the most practical and cost-effective approach. We have insulation installed already, but I has been moved around over the years by tradies resulting in gaps in the insulation. We just need someone to get up in the roof space and tidy up the insulation so there are no gaps. If there are gaps that can’t be covered, we will have batts purchased from Bunnings ready to be put over the gaps. The existing insulation is batts, not blown-in stuff. The roof space area is approx 70m2, single story unit.
