I am looking for a licensed roof repairer to fix a tile that has slightly moved or cracked. Some minor water stain and seepage in the linen closet in my house. Just need someone to come and fix or replace the tile then I can arrange for part of the ceiling to be replaced. Best for someone to come and inspect rather than looking at pictures. Payment will be based upon adult hourly wage for work, but I am happy to negotiate a fair price or reasonably priced offers for the work.

Don’t believe gutters are draining properly as have some mould build up in a bedroom and believe it could be due to water getting back into roof space when it overflows May just need an outlet pipe or similar put in or gutter redone

We have a smallish 'patio/(extension) room' at the front of a 1960s house. It leaked before we had the metal roof replaced of the patio and its still leaking after the recent patio roof replacement :) The roofing company is not really approachable and I am not a building / trades person so am a bit clueless. Its probably not the new roof. We would love your thoughts in person on our problem....and so we could plan a fix for the leak...

We have insulation installed already, but I has been moved around over the years by tradies resulting in gaps in the insulation. We just need someone to get up in the roof space and tidy up the insulation so there are no gaps. If there are gaps that can’t be covered, we will have batts purchased from Bunnings ready to be put over the gaps. The existing insulation is batts, not blown-in stuff. The roof space area is approx 70m2, single story unit.
