The gutters on two sides of the house require cleaning. Access will require a ladder of at least 5 metres, so the task is best suited to someone who has the appropriate ladder and equipment.

I’m needing an area to be built up with color bond fencing which I can either provide or you can, the area will be around 4-5metres. I’m wanting part of the area to be roofed also. Something that can provide some sound proof would be ideal. I’ve put a small amount on just to get it up. I will need it to have a gate I can open or door so I can easily go in and out. Lengths are long so or you come in 2 guys or we align and we bring the lengths together. All barge caps available on site, needs to sealed properly/ riveted/ bolted to the roof sheets. Boxes of rivets and bolts and 2-3 silicone sausages available on site, happy to organise anything else needed. Two roof vents also needs to be installed

Repair the Garage Gutter accidentally damaged

Looking for someone to identify the source of the issue, and carry out the necessary repairs as it seems some water dripping near the eaves. I'm not sure what's causing it, but the eaves leaking looks slightly bent in that area, which makes me suspect there may be a leak behind the roof tiles. Increase

We have insulation installed already, but I has been moved around over the years by tradies resulting in gaps in the insulation. We just need someone to get up in the roof space and tidy up the insulation so there are no gaps. If there are gaps that can’t be covered, we will have batts purchased from Bunnings ready to be put over the gaps. The existing insulation is batts, not blown-in stuff. The roof space area is approx 70m2, single story unit.

Following a renovation, where insulation was removed, I need new insulation installed. Will require entry to the roof space from above (tiled roof). The area is roughly 50sqm (I cannot be precise as the ceiling is in now place). Photos are taken during the renovation! Also wanting existing installation put back in place where pulled up by electrician. I will provide the insulation.

Hello - I've purchased a couple of solar whirlybirds for my new colorbond roof, but I don't have any nibblers/etc to cut the holes out to suit. I'll need 2x approx 25cm holes cut at locations close to the roof ridge (locations are already marked). It's a single storey house with easy roof access. There's sarking (thin insulation) below the roof sheeting - not sure if that affects how easy this task would be. Note - this is not an installation project! I'm going to try and install them myself. This is just cutting the holes.
