Gutter ckeaning .About 300m

In the recent storm and rain, there is a hole in the rectangular gutter downpipe. Refer pictures below. I am interested in getting this replaced/repaired.

I have a 5.4mx3.5m pergola. I have polycarbonate roofing sheets but would need probably three H3 beams of 5.4m, as well as any fixings required. The roofing sheets are just sitting on top of the pergola at present - see photos, and not screwed in.

Looking for someone to identify the source of the issue, and carry out the necessary repairs as it seems some water dripping near the eaves. I'm not sure what's causing it, but the eaves leaking looks slightly bent in that area, which makes me suspect there may be a leak behind the roof tiles. Increase

We have insulation installed already, but I has been moved around over the years by tradies resulting in gaps in the insulation. We just need someone to get up in the roof space and tidy up the insulation so there are no gaps. If there are gaps that can’t be covered, we will have batts purchased from Bunnings ready to be put over the gaps. The existing insulation is batts, not blown-in stuff. The roof space area is approx 70m2, single story unit.

Following a renovation, where insulation was removed, I need new insulation installed. Will require entry to the roof space from above (tiled roof). The area is roughly 50sqm (I cannot be precise as the ceiling is in now place). Photos are taken during the renovation! Also wanting existing installation put back in place where pulled up by electrician. I will provide the insulation.

Hello - I've purchased a couple of solar whirlybirds for my new colorbond roof, but I don't have any nibblers/etc to cut the holes out to suit. I'll need 2x approx 25cm holes cut at locations close to the roof ridge (locations are already marked). It's a single storey house with easy roof access. There's sarking (thin insulation) below the roof sheeting - not sure if that affects how easy this task would be. Note - this is not an installation project! I'm going to try and install them myself. This is just cutting the holes.
