One clear corrugated panel is cracked/aging and needs to be securely fixed or replaced to prevent leaks and improve weather protection. Timber beams are already in place. Remove and dispose of an old kerosene heater tank and a solar water heater panel. Kerosene heater is bolted to a wall and has mostly been drained. Solar water heater is located on the roof.

We’re upgrading our internet connection from fibre-to-the-node to fibre-to-the-premises. A technician attended to complete the installation but was unable to finish the job, as he couldn’t run the cable from the Telstra box at the front of the house through the roof cavity and down to the internal internet port. He mentioned that he’s not permitted to enter the roof cavity, but an electrician would be able to complete this part. He left the NBN cable here and advised me to contact an electrician. The main challenge is that the roof pitch is quite low, so roof tiles will need to be removed for access. There are also solar panels on the roof and ducted air conditioning in the roof cavity.
