We had a roof leak recently, and our insurance company sent someone out to do a “Make Safe”! They put some flashing on the area where there were cracks in the capping stone cement. The roofer that did the make safe told me that due to our insurance excess, it would not be worth making a claim. The contractor told me that the job was only small and required some of the small cracks filling in with roof cement. I am wanting a qualified experienced contractor to fix this issue please. I was told that the job would be approx $150

I have a tiled roof (single story house) and require roof repair, the ridge capping is crumbling, require a tile check to see if there are any cracked tiles and one spot where the cable meets the tile, it needs sealing.
Hong is great. Experienced, professional and reliable. I had to get the roof ridge capping redone and repointed. Hong came and had a look to assess what needed to be done and then booked in a day to come and fix it all. Did it efficiently and well.
