I am writing to report a roof leak that occurs during heavy rain. The leak appears to be related to the fireplace chimney. When rain water is poured onto the roof from above, it runs down onto the sarking and then leaks through the ceiling at the area below the chimney, where there is no sarking installed. At this stage, I am not sure whether the source of the leak is: - cracked or displaced roof tiles above the chimney, or - damaged or failed flashing around the chimney. The issue only occurs during heavy rainfall, not during light rain. Could you please arrange an inspection to identify the cause and carry out the necessary repairs? Install roof racks and awning on my car
