Need under gutter guards cleaned up the top of the second story of a house.

2 storey terrace. Clean roof of leaf/twig rubbish Without leaf blower (vac if poss). About 35m gutter. Remove/inspect foam gutter guard. Clean/replace as reqd. U need 2 storey ladder. I provide bin /bags for rubbish. - Due date: Flexible. Tues 16th. After 9am is good.

Waterproofing membrane of planter box. Remove existing membrane (it’s already peeling off easily) and apply 2 coats roll-on waterproofing membrane to base and sides - i will supply waterproofing and brushes & roller. The planter box is 3500 long x 400 deep and 300 high. The planter box is 3m above the foot path. - Due date: Flexible

Hi, We live in a two story terrace in Petersham. We need someone to get up on the roof, clean the gutters and supply / install gutter guard. Alternatively, we can purchase gutter guard ourselves if preferred. Images - Front of house. You can see from the front view the gutter in question. It's two stories high. I've also included a close up. The tree has been trimmed already, so it doesn't overhang the gutter. Back of house. At the back, we have three gutters at the top. You can see two of them clearly in the pictures, but there is a third hidden from view. The hidden one is the same as the front gutter (but at the back of the house obviously). Also at the back of our house we have a shorter gutter 1 storey high. - Due date: Flexible
