Need help to change the damaged downpipe

Roof has been sanded back needs to be primed then painted - 75 series troopy Have primer and paint already just need your own paint gun

we need someone to do tiling, including waterproof and screeding

We have rats getting through small gaps underneath our Colorbond boundary fence and would like the bottom of the fence properly sealed/rodent-proofed. We already have a roll of corrugated metal edging (approx. 5–7 metres – see photos) that could be used and screwed/secured along the bottom of the existing fence. Job would involve: * Clear grass/soil away from the bottom of the fence as required * Cut and fit the metal edging along the problem section * Secure it neatly to the existing fence with suitable Tek screws/fasteners * Make sure there are no gaps large enough for rats to get underneath * Backfill and compact underneath/against the barrier where required * Ideally use compacted soil/gravel rather than loose sand if that will provide a better long-term result * Leave the area tidy when finished Happy for someone experienced to recommend a better method if there is a more effective way to permanently rodent-proof the bottom of the fence. I need one damaged translucent corrugated patio roof sheet removed and replaced. It has one large hole from recent storm damage. The steel patio frame is undamaged and I only want the one damaged sheet replaced, not the entire roof. I’m happy to purchase and supply the replacement sheet and fixings, but would like the person doing the job to confirm the correct sheet type/profile and required length before I purchase it. Looking for someone experienced with patio/polycarbonate roofing who has the appropriate ladders/access equipment to complete the job safely. Need someone that is qualified to put insulation into the celing of our home. Size is 3 bedroom 1 bathroom. The other room had no ceiling to put it into.

Where the gutter meets the side wall of the house (end cap?) appears to not be sealing correctly allowing water into the wall (dripping over front door shown in pictures). Appears to be how it was originally constructed with a large gap as the cap angles downwards rather than sealing the end. I would like the end cap either resealed, gutter removed with end cap installed and reinstall the gutter, or replace length of gutter with properly sealed end caps, which ever is best. Section of gutter approx 90cm, easy accessible with a ladder.

Seem to be localised leak on fixings on metal roof. Need a roof expert to identify root cause and have it fixed properly. Then have the area repainted. please provide quotation.

Needing exterior wall (area with timber studs) to be filled with insulation and then cladded over to keep the house protected from the elements. We will provide earthwool and foil insulation. Cladding will need to be purchased by tasker which we will reimbursed.
