I’m looking to have insulation installed in my roof. It’s a tin roof with no existing insulation, so it would just be a straightforward laydown job. There is plenty of space in the roof ... The property 2 storey house, has downlights, ducted aircon on top floor and located in Yokine. I’m planning to purchase the insulation from Bunnings and would like to get started as soon as possible.

Looking for a quote to complete some roof and gutter work at my 3x2 house. The gutter system needs to be expanded as it’s overflowing (new outlet needed), and I have some cracks in the ridge capping and some broken roof tiles (and I don’t have spare roof tiles). I need gutters cleaned . You will need a ladder to help reach gutters and move around. I can supply bin bags and gloves. Rubbish will need to be disposed of by you as bins are full from maintenance. Front , back and sides .

I have a small roof leak (metal roof) above my ensuite maybe coming through the skylight or exhaust hood. I’m looking for it to be inspected and repaired please.

Need a roofer/handyman to fix water drainage and replace sagging panels. Install or flash trim where patio roof sheets meet the tiled roof so rainwater flows into the gutter. Check gutter in this section is clear and working. Remove and replace damaged eave/soffit lining panels (currently sagging, likely fibre cement or similar) around the side and back of the house. Water accumulates at the deep end of portico roof when raining and is likely leaking through an unsealed section of the roof sheeting joins. Please see photos of portico roof of approx 2.5m x 1.5m What I would like: Silicone roof joins: silicon applied to all the joins/edges of the whole portico to ensure roof is water sealed. Clean mould from part of the ceiling: There has been some mould build up on the ceiling underneath in one corner so would like the mould killed and cleaned off (Ceiling/cornice are hard and does not need replacing, also no need for painting after cleaning) Would like done in the next couple weeks. Guessing best done on a day that is not raining.
