The roofer thought it would be a good idea to take the old screw out and leave them in my gutter and roof scattered around. Single story at the front of house and back of the house is double story and gets quite high. Just need the lose screws removed please. And take afew photos please for building inspection. One screw needs to be screwed down and is half screwed.

The guttering has come loose and bowing in middle with water pooling, needs 5-6 new fixings to ensure a 1-2% runoff to main pipe from right hand sude to left hand (photo attached). Also the 2 x side panels needs to be secured as a little loose. While up there, touch spray ends of gutters. On lower level needs to be re fixed as it leans too much/pools at far left hand side. I have 3 or 4 damaged roof tiles from a branch falling on the roof. I have replacement tiles, just need someone to replace them

The roof is leaking and I have water coming in because of the recent thunderstorm. I have checked the roof and I think the flashing has been incorrectly done and it needs to be fixed urgently. The leak is in the kitchen and laundry on the ground floor.
