The top reverse tail light does not fit into hole due to deformed metal at the top of rear door. We had a branch from a nearby tree fall into our roof and damage a few roof tiles. Need someone to come and remove the damaged tiles and replace them with new ones. We have replacement tiles here, I just need the help changing them. I have ladder at the house too.

There is a dead rat between the roof cavity and the eaves. I can get the smell and the location but can not see it. The dead rat can only be accessed from outside by popping a few tiles. This is what I want done 1. Carefully pop a few tiles to identify the location of the dead rat 2. Once the dead rat is identified, remove the dead rat and dispose of it 3. Put the tiles back carefully so there are no leaks and no cracks in the tiles.

Seeking a licensed plumber to run a new water line to a French door fridge in my kitchen. Specific Connection Requirements (IMPORTANT): Source: Connect to existing cold water under the kitchen sink. Path: MUST go up through the Gyprock wall behind the sink, across the roof cavity, and come down inside the wall behind the fridge. Reason: This is an upper floor kitchen with another level directly below; there is NO subfloor or ceiling void to access from underneath. Access is only via the roof cavity and walls.
