I have problems with a downpipe which needs replaced and need some sheets under eves replaced

I have a small area of paint damage on the roof edge near the rear windscreen, as shown in the photo. The paint was accidentally peeled off when masking tape was removed after the roof was painted. I already have the matching spray paint for the car. I’m looking for someone who can come to my place, sand and prepare the damaged area, and repaint it. It’s only a small area and does not require the whole panel to be painted.

On colourbond roof we need to replace one lot of ridge capping on - about 5.5m long, and replace some tech screws in one area of roof. Single story house, but has loft so roof is relatively steep.

Need someone that is qualified to put insulation into the celing of our home. Size is 3 bedroom 1 bathroom. The other room had no ceiling to put it into.

Where the gutter meets the side wall of the house (end cap?) appears to not be sealing correctly allowing water into the wall (dripping over front door shown in pictures). Appears to be how it was originally constructed with a large gap as the cap angles downwards rather than sealing the end. I would like the end cap either resealed, gutter removed with end cap installed and reinstall the gutter, or replace length of gutter with properly sealed end caps, which ever is best. Section of gutter approx 90cm, easy accessible with a ladder.

Looks like there is a loose tile near the exhaust, needs to fix the water leak.

Seem to be localised leak on fixings on metal roof. Need a roof expert to identify root cause and have it fixed properly. Then have the area repainted. please provide quotation.

Needing exterior wall (area with timber studs) to be filled with insulation and then cladded over to keep the house protected from the elements. We will provide earthwool and foil insulation. Cladding will need to be purchased by tasker which we will reimbursed.

I have a small reoccurring leak in my laundry roof that I need repaired. There is also water staining appearing where a previous leak was repaired that I would like checked. This cost is for a quote, I understand the job itself will cost more.
