The last 6 months its started leaking near the external wall and it looks like the top ridge and edge panels are heavily rusted. Looking to fix the leak and potentially replace ridge and end panels. I have a small section of roof needing a paint (2 x 3m) over existing surface, 1 small crack out covered/painted outside and possibly touch ups around a few doors. Expecting less than 1 days work for the person with the gear and know how.

We have noticed a build up of leaves on our gutter at the front of our town house. Price negotiable as I got no idea what this should cost 2 bedroom townhouse (single story) General check on house and investigate plus provide findings and solution. 2 specific areas of concern Mouse: contstant rummaging in roof. Sounds like mice. Ants: I have dogs and a 2 yo son, however excessive ants show up. Not sure if there is a problem or I just need to be more mindful of food scraps etc.
