Some tiles are cracked, some tiles missing and some capping needs re cementing, tiles are terracotta, I don’t mind to have concrete tiles given my understanding of terracotta are quite old , as long as profile same to stop the leak. utlimately to fix at minimual costs and patching up , it is a very old house and renting people see some sign of water leaking, and my maintenance guy went there today and said , roof tiles are needing restoration he can’t do the job, need professional roof tilers to do the task

We have a leak in our roof causing some water damage in roof of our bathroom. We presume there is a leak in the corrugated iron roof. There are also some sections of iron lifting up that need fixing. This is an old red corrugated iron roof.

We are currently in the process of removing an original chimney from our house to create additional space in our living area. The chimney protrudes through the roof of the second floor of our house.
