I am looking for a licensed roof repairer to fix a tile that has shifted or cracked slightly. Some minor water stains and seepage in the linen closet in my house. Just need someone to come and fix or replace the tile and sealant, then I can arrange for part of the ceiling to be replaced. Best for someone to come and inspect rather than looking at pictures. Payment will be based on an adult's hourly wage for the work, but I am happy to negotiate a fair price or accept reasonable offers. I would like the work done sooner rather than later, so I am happy to fit in a reasonable schedule with you. The roof is all concrete (tile) and I do stock spare tiles if needed. The leak appears to be near the apex or maximum height of the roof above the closet. Not sure if access can be through the manhole, as there is a/c duct network in the roof cavity, but access outside to the roof can be done from the backyard. I’m looking to get a quote for guttering and downpipe work at my home in North Fremantle. The gutters and downpipes haven’t had much maintenance for over 12 years, and some areas are visibly rusted/damaged. There also appears to be some possible water-related staining/damage on external wood and inside the house, so I’d like to have the guttering, downpipes, fascia/roof edges and any obvious drainage issues checked properly. I’m hoping to prioritise any work needed to prevent further water damage. The house itself is approx. 79m² with guttering on the front and back only, but I understand the guttering would need to be measured properly on site. There is also a carport with gutter and downpipe that needs replacing. I think it is roughly 50-55metres of guttering, plus 5-6 downpipes. I think the best option is full gutter/downpipe replacement, but I’d appreciate advice on the most practical and cost-effective approach. Repair the Garage Gutter accidentally damaged

We have insulation installed already, but I has been moved around over the years by tradies resulting in gaps in the insulation. We just need someone to get up in the roof space and tidy up the insulation so there are no gaps. If there are gaps that can’t be covered, we will have batts purchased from Bunnings ready to be put over the gaps. The existing insulation is batts, not blown-in stuff. The roof space area is approx 70m2, single story unit.
