Single storey section at the rear of the house, accessible by ladder from the deck. Water leaks through the gutter at one point along the run. I've tried sealing it with silicone but that hasn't solved it, because the real problem seems to be that water pools at that spot instead of running toward the downpipe. Looks like the gutter has lost its fall, or has sagged or is sitting too low against the roof edge. What I need: Someone experienced with gutters to work out what's actually causing the pooling, then fix it properly. That might mean re-hanging or adjusting the fall on that section, replacing brackets, or replacing the affected length of gutter. Please quote for all work and materials.
