I am renovating an existing roofed alfresco area and need an experienced gutter/fascia tradesperson to inspect and rectify the existing gutter and fascia for water leakages Please inspect the site and provide a quote including labour and materials.

Single storey section at the rear of the house, accessible by ladder from the deck. Water leaks through the gutter at one point along the run. I've tried sealing it with silicone but that hasn't solved it, because the real problem seems to be that water pools at that spot instead of running toward the downpipe. Looks like the gutter has lost its fall, or has sagged or is sitting too low against the roof edge. What I need: Someone experienced with gutters to work out what's actually causing the pooling, then fix it properly. That might mean re-hanging or adjusting the fall on that section, replacing brackets, or replacing the affected length of gutter. Please quote for all work and materials. If you can't provide a quote without seeing the gutter, then please note this and just provide a quote for the call-out and to diagnose the issue. Old outdoor windows frames need to be repaired and repainted. 10 panels of varying size in total across 5 windows (as seen in pictures). The gutters at the front and back of the unit also needs to be repainted. If possible, the plastic roof over the entrance alcove needs to be pressure washed as well.
