Hi, I’m after a quote to replace the bottom section only of one rusted metal downpipe at my single-storey home in Hughesdale. The top section is in good condition. Looking to replace approx 300–500mm at the base with PVC, joined with a proper rubber coupling. No known stormwater issues. I’m having an issue with the gutter on my carport. Despite the downpipe being on the left side, during heavy rain, water overflows from the top right corner and spills onto my neighbour’s property. My garage gutter is damaged. I need to change

A smaller section of the gutter slopes the wrong way, hoping someone can fix it.

The gutter is no longer sitting flat and is now tilted on an angle, which prevents water from flowing properly downthe downpipr. Water is pooling instead if draining, and there is also a hole in the guyter causing additoning leakage.

So the gutter is not in the right angle and it accumulates water and dirt over time, need to adjust it to a right angle so the water will just flow and flush down the dirt and leaves when raining. May need to add additional down pipe if necessary

Put a gutter stop. Adjust the gutter so all water flows in the right direction.

Require Gutters to be cleaned on 2 units side by side. Refer to the photo attached marked in Red where the gutters are. Currently in good condition and are possibly quite empty. Trees next to the gutters have leaves which fall at this time of the year. This isn't a big job, however a job which has to be done.
