Gutter replacement due to rust

Looking for an experienced person to trim trees around a house and clean out all gutters. Scope of works includes: • Trimming and cutting back overgrown trees around the property • Ensuring branches are cleared away from the roof and surrounding areas • Cleaning out all gutters thoroughly • Removing all green waste from site (must be taken away and disposed of – no onsite dumping) Must bring your own tools and equipment. Please only apply if you have experience with tree trimming and gutter cleaning. Preference for someone who can complete the job safely and leave the area clean and tidy. Flexible with timing.

Needing replacement of 2 gutters at my house. 8.5m and 14m long.

2nd floor gutters need repair as we can see water dripping from eaves after rain. There are 2 leaking sports and both of them are located 2nd floor.

Replace roughly 15m of guttering, and 2 or 3 downpipes. Please include supply of material in price.

Repair and sealing of leaking gutter

Old outdoor windows frames need to be repaired and repainted. 10 panels of varying size in total across 5 windows (as seen in pictures). The gutters at the front and back of the unit also needs to be repainted. If possible, the plastic roof over the entrance alcove needs to be pressure washed as well. Happy to organise an inspection before a full quote is supplied if needed.

1. Battens: The back portion of the roof is sunk. For the "sunk" section, replace the warped timber battens to ensures tiles interlock correctly to stop leaks. Check other areas as well for potential issues. 2. Find and replace all cracked tiles to prevent any leaks. I have roughly 50 spares. Have taken videos from the recent rain where the crack is surely present. That will consume 15 tiles. Remaining can be used to replace the ones which are close to end of life or semi cracked. I have some black roof sealant paint as well from the previous job. Paint these tiles to match rest of the roof. 3. Junction Leak where the sunroom meets the main roof: Wetness here probably indicates failing apron flashing. Install new zincalume/metal flashing where the sunroom meets the main roof and remove the retired exhaust outlet 4. One gutter drainage: Cut a hole in the gutter, secure the pop, and pipe it to discharge away from the house All parts on actual + labour. Please feel free to quote your realistic offer.

I need a rusted guttering down pipe replaced. 102mm x 78mm square down pipe 4” x 3” 520 mm top section length. 2440 mm down section

Fix roof gutter drainage issue — water not draining correctly, We have two separate gutter drainage issues on our single-storey home in Edithvale that need fixing properly before the next heavy rain. Issue 1 — Downpipe with no stormwater connection: A downpipe outlet is discharging directly onto the brickwork with nowhere to go. During rain, water cascades straight down the wall. The downpipe either has no connection to the stormwater drain or the connection has failed. Needs a proper stormwater connection or absorption point. Issue 2 — Valley downpipe overflowing over the gutter: At a roof valley/junction point, the downpipe cannot handle the volume of water coming off the roof in heavy rain. Water backs up and overflows over the gutter lip rather than going down the pipe. Likely needs a larger downpipe outlet or repositioning. We understand these may require different trades — happy to discuss scope. Looking for a plumber or experienced guttering specialist. Please advise if a site visit is needed to quote accurately. Require painting of gutters and fascia only. 2nd story. Approximately 25 lineal metres (5m x 5m single room). Inside of gutters does not require painting. Cream frame of 1x window in photo also to be painted. 2 ladders required. Paint supplied. Flexible on dates. Approx. a days work.

Had my guttering checked last year and was told it needs replacing not sure if it is the front as well as the back but definitely the back needs doing, i have a 2 bedroom unit

I’m having an issue with the gutter on my carport. Despite the downpipe being on the left side, during heavy rain, water overflows from the top right corner and spills onto my neighbour’s property. I suspect the gutter may have an incorrect fall (slope) or be damaged. I’m looking for a plumber to inspect and fix this issue. Photo attached, access is easy.

My garage gutter is damaged. I need to change

2 gutter corners not sealed properly. Always drip. Need them sealed correctly to stop the dripping onto the deck from the corners. Requirements: - high rating and high completion rate - good communication - ability to problem solve

So the gutter is not in the right angle and it accumulates water and dirt over time, need to adjust it to a right angle so the water will just flow and flush down the dirt and leaves when raining. May need to add additional down pipe if necessary
