Looking for an experienced roofer to investigate and repair a roof leak at a 2-storey townhouse. Budget is a guess only. Happy to pay additional costs if a larger repair is identified following inspection. We don’t need the plastering done. The leak is occurring in the front bedroom of the home. Based on the roof layout, we suspect it’s related to the box gutter on the same side of the roof. Please only quote if you have experience with box gutters and leak detection & repair on double-storey homes. Happy to arrange an inspection before work commences if required.

3 metre gutter at the end of a laserlite roof. The gutter is a bit tipped so when it rains the water flows out of the wrong end of the gutter, instead of the water flowing towards the downpipe. Hoping to have the gutter clipped back up if possible or find an alternative solution.
