Needing a roofer to replace some roof sheeting on a large shed roof

Removal of existing 'blow in' insulation at our property being renovated. Approximately 105m2 area to be removed. Areas marked blue on plan attached for location of blow in insulation to be removed. We are looking to have insulation removed within the next couple of weeks. Quote would also include removal of insulation.

A few tiles which are misplace. Just climb on the roof and put them back in place. Check for any potential leaks. Should be a quick job.

Have a downpipe that has lost connection to the ground PVC pipe. Alignment moved along the wall 1cm approx. and away from wall 4cm approx. Down approx. 3.5cm I have done a temp. repair but would like it more permanent and looking better. Not sure if there is an underlying issue however house is 12 years old and I know houses move: an infill slab near by has moved away from the wall too Photos as attached. Perhaps a PVC connector with cement glues needs to be removed and downpipe possibly trimmed. Anyway I’ll let you decide that. Probably an easy job for the right person. Hit me up with ideas and price please. Sometime in next month would be great

My single story unit needs some gutters repaired. There's 4 leaky gutters that drip down the side of the house. Most likely just needs a bit of sealant. One section of gutter needs to have the direction of flow reversed as the water is falling the wrong way, pictured. Currently its falling towards the corner join but it needs to fall towards the downpipe as another gutter flows to that corner from the other end which results in the water having no where to go.

Clean solar panels at the back of a single story house. Clean hot water solar panel on the side of the house. Empty gutters (if anything) between both areas, mainly at the back corner where the trees are along the boundary. Access from side and backyard only.

Need someone to run ethernet cable from router at front of house, through wall and roof into back room of house where home office is located. Single story. I already have a 30m Cat 7 ethernet cable and I've attached pics of where the cable could go into the wall at both ends of the house (existing outlets). I want to run a cable from the wall in my office to my laptop. I'm not exactly sure what's needed, but I thought maybe you could replace the current outlets with ethernet sockets. Not sure. Please help.
