Find experienced local roofers in Geelong

I need someone to go around the house and clean outside of the gutters (not inside, as that has already been done). They need a good scrub to get the old dirt/grime off of them (I think a blue non-scratch chux scourer and microfibre cloth + soapy water would work best) but I am open to suggestions to get the best clean. I have already done the front left part of the home but ran out of time to keep going. I probably didn't do the best job there, so go over that part again please. I reckon the job will take about 3 hours (the part I did took about 30 minutes), so I am happy to offer $200 for that. Address is 14 Tasman Avenue, Belmont. Its a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home. We've recently replaced gas ducted heater and we would now like to remove the old ducts and old pipes from under the house. We also had underfloor insulation installed a few years ago, some batts have come loose and need to be restrapped up. Access isn't too bad, the house is an older Californian. It will be a full day's work, looking for someone with relevant experience. Leave the rubbish for me, or I'll pay an extra $200 for you to take it away.

Need someone to run ethernet cable from router at front of house, through wall and roof into back room of house where home office is located. Single story. I already have a 30m Cat 7 ethernet cable and I've attached pics of where the cable could go into the wall at both ends of the house (existing outlets). I want to run a cable from the wall in my office to my laptop. I'm not exactly sure what's needed, but I thought maybe you could replace the current outlets with ethernet sockets. Not sure.
