We require an experienced person to install either insulation batts or board above an existing Tbar ceiling in an office. 80m3. Insulation to assist with eliminating dust entering office from above.

I have a section of gutter that is leaking. The gutter is a parapet gutter (it sits on the wall rather than hanging off). The leak is close to the corner and cannot move the tiles since the ridge capping would have to be broken. Hopefully that makes sense - have a look at the picture. The leak is where the tiles are into the gutter so you cannot see or get anything in there. On other sections the leak was usually where a nail had worked its way loose, lifting the dab of silicon that kept it water tight. I would like to repair but could also replace the gutter to ensure its bigger and can be maintained going forward. Not sure of price, depends on solution.

The measurements are below and we would like to replace all 5 panels, fit a bit of flashing to stop water coming over the gutter and take out some hooks that are there which we can't get out until the transparent panel is removed. All panels to be tested for water leaks before job finished to ensure it is 100% water tight. In need someone to look at the front gutter as during the last rain it over flowed. Also I've noticed a damp spot and water marks outside forming around where another down pipe is. Looking for someone experienced that can: - Inspect and identify gutter / outside roof leaks - Flush downpipes - Identify and fix the other leak source I've put $200 but let me know what this might cost if it's possible for you, thanks.
