Hello Airtaskers. An existing bedroom in my house that was once a garage currently experiences a lot of noise entering in from the back of the house. A lot of that noise is coming through the gaps within the existing door, which is causing some inconvenience with peace within the room. What I'm seeking is somebody with the skills to assess and put together something that would help eliminate the noise entering into the room. Need to check the tile roofing of a Single-storey house for restoration and repainting of the tile roof.

I have a small leak in front room near the entrance. It is below the roof valley which i suspect needs sealing. Leak does not show in the ceiling board but at the cornice. Attached pictures with thermal image.

Downpipe ctless install on my 2025 bmw 230i

Gutter clean. Two story Queenslander. Gutters and roof in good condition. Very little debris, limited to down pipe area.

Needing 2 vines pulled down off the house as per photo and needing branches trimmed back off house.

The downpipe’s connection to the drain is broken per photo. Need it fixed. There are two of them.

Need leaves cleaned out and 12 metres of steel gutter guard installed on one side (the fence side) of our granny flat (bolted in, not the free floating plastic mesh kind). Need to know that the gutter is properly sealed along all joints and have sealant applied if it's needed. I've included a photo of the mesh install done on the other side.

A garden tap drips and getting worse, need Herculean grip to turn off. Gutters of Queenslander needs a clean. Can see something growing in one corner. Suspect down pipes need a snaking. Also the pipe to the street about 5m
