One shower mixer leaking: After the shower mixer is turned off, water continues to drip from around the mixer/tap area. 2. One toilet keeps running after flushing: After pressing and releasing the flush button, water continues to flow into the toilet pan/bowl and does not stop properly. 3. Re-align down pipe into drain

I need 2 roof downpipes repaired and a silicone reseal on my kitchen sink. First down pipe seems to leak down at the 45 join (white) as during rain the surrounding yellow gravel gets wet. I need the gravel dug back a little and the 45’s reseated / replaced to ensure no leaks. Second downpipe the lawnmower has run into and left a crack. This needs to be repaired / portion replaced. Third item is a simple clear silicone strip back and reseal on my kitchen sink. The old silicone is starting to peel away.
