This is a two‑storey house. When I use the vanity in the ensuite of Bedroom 1, water floods onto the floor, which means the drainage pipe is blocked. I have fixed the framing of a small section of roof over our balcony. The section is about 2m x 2m. After fixing the framing we relayed the terracotta roof tiles but they need to be done professionally and cemented. I have spare roof tiles at home. We also need to fix a 2m section of the gutter and also one downpipe needs to be replaced with pvc.
