I need 2 roof downpipes repaired and a silicone reseal on my kitchen sink. First down pipe seems to leak down at the 45 join (white) as during rain the surrounding yellow gravel gets wet. This is a two‑storey house. When I use the vanity in the ensuite of Bedroom 1, water floods onto the floor, which means the drainage pipe is blocked. It may be connected to one of the U‑pipes in the garage. You will need the proper tools to fix this. I need urgent assistance on Sunday or Monday morning, please.
