I’m looking for someone experienced with exterior painting to prepare and repaint the gutters, downpipes and power box on my home in Belmont. The existing paint needs to be scraped/sanded back where required, with all surfaces properly prepared before repainting. I will provide the paint. The job includes: • Scraping/sanding back loose, peeling or flaking paint • Preparing and cleaning the gutters, downpipes and power box ready for painting • Applying the supplied paint for a neat, even finish • Painting all required gutters and downpipes • Painting the exterior of the power box, using suitable preparation and care around any electrical components • Leaving the area clean and tidy when finished You will need to provide your own ladders, brushes/rollers, sanding/scraping equipment and other necessary tools. My gutter has been leaking and I just want that section replaced- not the whole house! I’m also looking to have two downpipes installed.

I have a leak where the metal downpipe joins the round stormwater pipe at ground level on the outside of my house. There's water staining and rust running down the wall behind the pipe, plus a wet patch and staining on the concrete at the base, so I think either the joint has failed or the stormwater line below is partially blocked and backing up. I need 2 roof downpipes repaired and a silicone reseal on my kitchen sink. First down pipe seems to leak down at the 45 join (white) as during rain the surrounding yellow gravel gets wet. I need the gravel dug back a little and the 45’s reseated / replaced to ensure no leaks. Second downpipe the lawnmower has run into and left a crack. This needs to be repaired / portion replaced. Third item is a simple clear silicone strip back and reseal on my kitchen sink. The old silicone is starting to peel away.
