Hi Need a qoute for 5 X old colourbonds downpipes to be replace with PVC downpipes including all those inlets and outlets Rectangular adaptors.

I have a rainwater downpipe on my apartment building that has become very noisy during rain. Previously the pipe appears to have had a slight bend/kink that helped slow the water flow, but it is now essentially vertical. Water drops directly onto the bottom of the downpipe, creating a loud dripping/banging noise that is keeping everyone awake at night. The downpipe is functioning and draining water, but the issue is the noise generated during rainfall. Looking for a practical, durable solution rather than a temporary fix. Looking for an experienced plumber or handyman to: Inspect the downpipe and identify the cause of the excessive noise. Recommend and implement a suitable fix. Potential solutions may include installing a bend/offset, diffuser, splash reduction device, cushioning material, or other method to reduce the noise of water striking the base of the pipe. One of the Rain water down pipes of my alfresco (accessible height using a ladder) is dislodged as shown in the picture. I want to fix this asap.

Remove old broken screws from wall or reposition brackets as an option which may require hammer drilling. supply/replace with new plugs and screws. 11 clips with two screw each to fasten to wall 7 downpipes in total 4 shorter downpipes 1 X 2 brackets 3 X 1 bracket each Plus 4 downpipes require extension ladder 2 X 1 bracket each 2 X 2 brackets each

Recently had the outside of the house rendered and the renderer has unfortunately been injured and has been unable to reattach the three down pipes that were removed. We simply need them reattached.

Must be a licensed plumber Task 1. I'm currently building a pool and need down pipe connected to an existing storm water pipe before they start concreting the pool after which I will lose access. I tried to show the location on the survey attached. It's very rougly ~11m. Some excavation will be required to bury the storm water connection. Task 2. Re-align down pipe into drain

I need 2 roof downpipes repaired and a silicone reseal on my kitchen sink. First down pipe seems to leak down at the 45 join (white) as during rain the surrounding yellow gravel gets wet. I need the gravel dug back a little and the 45’s reseated / replaced to ensure no leaks. Second downpipe the lawnmower has run into and left a crack. This needs to be repaired / portion replaced. Third item is a simple clear silicone strip back and reseal on my kitchen sink. The old silicone is starting to peel away.

Fix down pipe from rainwater tank at the elbow - needs rubber to stop it coming apart again.
