2 rusted out downpipes - angled pipe coming out of roof gutter needs replacing

Supply and install colour bond gutters to existing downpipes. We have issues with affluent from tiles so the gutters need to be inserted into the wall rather than simply onto it. Prefer slimline gutter but open to suggestions. One side of the house has had this solution and it works. Picture also supplied for reference. I need this job done as soon as possible.

I have installed new roofing that requires downpipes. I know downpipes have to come after the cladding goes on Reason being is I'm going to pave that area under the house so need to have things ready for connecting downpipe to the storm water pipe. This is a two‑storey house. When I use the vanity in the ensuite of Bedroom 1, water floods onto the floor, which means the drainage pipe is blocked. We have two downpipes that are badly designed with right angle bends that easily block with leaves. I'd like to replace them with either plastic piping or concertinaed piping. See photos. The gutter are all OK as far as I can see.
