Two used rinnai gas water system to be connected outside on wall , use copper pipes to run into roof cavity (two storey) then connect to pexa pipes in ceiling already existing. Also run gas pipe from front up to the roof to go to hot water systems about 20 metres away. Also connect two downpipes to gutters and to stormwater pipes already directly under where the downpipes will be. Also connect another gas pipe from where current gas pipes are 5 metres away for oven and cooktop.

I need to relocate the rainwater downpipe to a new location, approximately 30 cm from its existing position, as shown in Picture 1. Note: The rainwater downpipes are connected to the water tank at the rear of the house. I need this work completed today.

One shower mixer leaking: After the shower mixer is turned off, water continues to drip from around the mixer/tap area. 2. Leaking downpipe / eaves gutter: One of the downpipes connected to the eaves gutter is dripping from top. The house is two storeys, so access at height may be required.

Task 1: Replace/Repair 4 terracotta stormwater drain points * Drains 1, 2 (Soft Ground): Dig down slightly (~20-30cm) in garden soil, cleanly cut back fractured/tilted clay pipes with a masonry grinder, and adapt to fresh 90mm PVC using flexible rubber couplings (Fernco/PlumbQwik) with clean finishing collars. * Drain 3,4 (In Concrete - See Photo): Two terracotta point is cast directly into a concrete path. It has an open, broken collar seal. Instead of digging this one up, I want the gap cleanly filled and sealed using heavy-duty hydraulic cement/structural mortar to redirect water smoothly into the line. * Materials for Task 1: Tasker to supply 3x rubber adapters, PVC sections, finishing collars, and a small tub of structural mortar/cement. Task 2: Diagnose and fix rainwater leak roof gutter * Scope: Find the source of rainwater tracking down the timber patio beams beneath the corrugated roof sheets (see attached photos). Fix it by replacing degraded roofing screws/washers, clearing debris, or applying clear exterior roofing silicone/flashing tape. * Materials for Task 2: Tasker to supply relevant roofing silicone/tape/screws. Re-align down pipe into drain

I need 2 roof downpipes repaired and a silicone reseal on my kitchen sink. First down pipe seems to leak down at the 45 join (white) as during rain the surrounding yellow gravel gets wet. I need the gravel dug back a little and the 45’s reseated / replaced to ensure no leaks. Second downpipe the lawnmower has run into and left a crack. This needs to be repaired / portion replaced. Third item is a simple clear silicone strip back and reseal on my kitchen sink. The old silicone is starting to peel away.
