Install New Downpipe Through Patio Roof + Pigeon Spikes + Gutter Clean – Back of 2-Storey Townhouse 1. Install a new downpipe from the upstairs gutter all the way down to the garden/ground level. This will require cutting a hole through the existing patio roof. Clean out the roof gutter along this section – it has built up quite a bit of mud and debris. 2. Install pigeon spikes on the new downpipe plus the two existing downpipes on the same side of the house (3 downpipes in total). 3. Straighten the eave above the bedroom at the rear of the house. Access: you can bring your vehicle right up the driveway and walk through a path to the work area at the back. Tools & materials: You will need to bring ladders/scaffolding suitable for 2-storey work and any tools required for cutting through the patio roof.

Down pipe joint is broken from bottom . Need to replace new one.

This downpipe has a slow leak on the white section. I need it pulled off, extended and securely glued back together again. You can see after some rain the ground is wet in the photo.

Hi, I want to replace the gutters with larger-capacity gutters suitable for heavy rain and add leaf guards. I also want higher-capacity downpipes installed and adjusted for better drainage. Water enters where the Colorbond roof meets the main roof and from the front when gutters overflow, so I’d like proper flashing installed in those areas and the gap between the column and ceiling sealed if needed. Move metal down pipe from side to back of garage. Ensure it is still connected to the gutter at the top and the stormwater pipe at the end. Photo shows new required location (green line) as well as current connection to storm water pipe

This is a two‑storey house. When I use the vanity in the ensuite of Bedroom 1, water floods onto the floor, which means the drainage pipe is blocked. It may be connected to one of the U‑pipes in the garage. You will need the proper tools to fix this. I need urgent assistance on Sunday or Monday morning, please.

We have two downpipes that are badly designed with right angle bends that easily block with leaves. I'd like to replace them with either plastic piping or concertinaed piping. See photos. The gutter are all OK as far as I can see.

A down pipe on one of corner which will need to cut concrete and run into pit, the span off the roof between 2 down pipes is over distance by a lot. It always overflow in heavy rain. Seal up small hole in existing gutter and clean out gutter.
