Hi guys, I maintain a property in Flinders st near Oxford st Darlinghurst. It has ongoing water ingress issues from the roof possibly due to a box gutter. Im looking for an experienced roofer to assess possible issues and provide a scope of works for rectification of such issues. There is only on street parking. Need the existing black 5.2m long single piece painted metal gutter replaced in kind with a leaf screen cover on top. Needs to be painted black to match the house. PVC is ok if it’s in one piece. Theres a downspout on one end that iOS in fine condition. Need to cut off the existing palm fronds - cut off while your up there. It’s 7m high off the ground.
