Looking for someone to help reseal the roof on my small pop-top Jayco Penguin caravan and install a new roof vent (I’ve already purchased the vent). The roof currently has a leak during rain (likely from the centre seam and a couple of old screw penetrations that were poorly sealed previously), so I’m looking for a proper, thorough job, not just a quick patch over the top. Scope: • Reseal centre roof seam, edges, and any penetrations • Remove/clean up any failed or messy old sealant where needed • Install new roof vent properly and watertight • Connect 12V wiring for the vent (basic LED/fan wiring) Happy to work with a handyman or someone experienced with this kind of work – just want someone who takes care and does it properly.
