I have 3 holes in my roof. Tiled roof. Might need a couple new tiles. Definitely need it to be sealed up because the possums are coming in and out.

There is a small leak inside my cottage. Someone went in the ceiling space to look and there is no obvious leak or wet sections. However, when inspecting the roof, there was one area noted that looks like it has been repaired previously, and I think this may be where the small trickle of water is coming from. It is an airbnb with guests so access is limited. There is one small window of time where someone can access the roof. This Thursday between 10.30am-5pm.
