'm looking for an experienced and licensed Roof Plumber/Roofer to repair a residential Colourbond metal roof in Beaumont SA. A professional roof inspection has already been completed and I have a detailed inspection report with photos available. The report will be provided before inspection or quoting. The roof has experienced water ingress during heavy rain, and I am looking for permanent repairs rather than temporary silicone patching. Scope of Work • Replace damaged roof sheets with dents and tears. • Replace heavily corroded box gutters and box gutter sumps. • Install compliant overflow provisions/rain heads where required. • Replace deteriorated Dektite flashings and associated sealants. • Repair cracked rendered masonry walls, parapet walls, parapet capping joints and expansion joints. • Repair or replace roof-to-wall apron flashings. • Remove old temporary silicone repairs and carry out permanent compliant repairs. • Clean box gutters, gutters, gutter guards and remove all debris restricting drainage. • Rectify ponding water issues and ensure proper drainage. • Investigate and permanently repair all roof leaks affecting the garage, pantry, kitchen, study, ensuite and rear alfresco ceiling. Requirements Licensed and fully insured. Experience with Colourbond metal roofs. Please provide labour and material costs separately. Warranty on workmanship preferred. Before and after photos required.

Hi, I need an experienced carpenter or handyman to address timber maintenance at both the front and back of my house. Job Details: 1. BACK OF HOUSE: Removal: Remove the heavily weathered/rotted wooden fascia boards along the back roof line (approx. 2 main sections shown in pictures). Replacement: Supply and install new treated timber fascia boards. Sealing: Prime and paint the new boards to match/protect them, and ensure the top metal capping correctly sheds water to stop the leak staining the wall. 2. FRONT OF HOUSE: Prep & Paint: Scrape peeling paint, patch minor cracks/rot on the veranda beam, and apply primer plus 2 coats of exterior paint. Gutter Fix: Re-align/re-secure the sagging brown gutter so it drains correctly. ⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTE: The front veranda has live mains power lines anchored directly to the wooden beam. You must work safely around this bracket area. Please bring your own scaffolding, and tools. I have a ladder if needed. Clean the gutters from my house

My roof space has poor insulation. It is 187sq m. Not trivial as there is air con up there and it's a bit hard to access.

Removal of old ceiling insulation and installation of new 245 m2. Tiled roof.

I have a home with a tiled roof. It is already insulated but I want to add another layer if possible as the existing layer between the rafters is quite old. I'm trying to make my home heating more efficient as I mostly don't wear clothes in my home. I'm afte a quote to see what my options are to add batts? A roll of insulation? What's most effective?

Gutter is rusted. So that needs to be replaced. It is roughly 7-8m and connected to next door. Please see attached picture and floor plan. Red circle is the place I want to get that replaced. It will be best if it is done fast. And it is best on Tuesdays or alternate Fridays.

Gutters around the house need to be fixed. Some parts may need replacing while some may need repair. There are leaks at multiple places which the silicone has failed to fix.

Need strong capable person with experience in assembly (flatpack or more advanced) to assist with carrying (with trolley) components for flatpack pod to client location with lift and assisting (with training on site) to assemble Pods as per photos. An initial hours work costed here, so accept to discuss details. Target date is Tuesday 4th August. Need 3 people, so will run this 3 times. To clarify: Pods are delivered to site in flatback crates. We unload the crates and carry the panels in the lift ready to assemble. Have a trolley to use for this purpose. No delivery required at all.

Need someone to climb on the roof and re silicone a small section of a pool heater than has become detached Need to then just briefly work with me to start the system ensuring no leaks and the fix holds. Would have to be done in an afternoon when roof is dry and no rain forecasted. This would not take long, see pictures Have ladder and can get silicone
