Rear downpipe S bend attachment to the roof gutter of our Queenslander home has rusted through and needs replacing or repair. There is significant leak and flooding on the lower level.

Gutter cleaning from the leaves, only short part of the gutter near the tree. No need any equipment, it can be done with my water hose. 30 minutes job.

Bought a van. Rain water got in. Dug around and found this hiding under many coats of paint. "It's been rust protected, waterproofed and fixed" he reckoned. Same ol'. Silly me. Need this pillar/section cut out and replaced, if possible. Water proofing of roof to be done after pillar is fixed.
