Roof plasterboard broken and needed replacement

Installed some soundproofing which had a peel off adhesive application. Over the years the adhesive seems to have gotten incredibly stuck. I've tried removing a few but evidently this is going to cause more damage. There are also two holes (different incident) which need fixing, if possible.
