I need a new downpipe installed to a 1 storey house in Bicton. First photo shows an existing downpipe and second is the area where nw downpipe to be installed. Just need to be down to ground level and I will arrange drainage to soak well

Cement tile roof needs 1 final coat. I provide Nutech flex paint. The cottage is a small 60sqm fibro home. Must be licensed roof plumber.

Rain water leaking internally down garage wall. Affected area is the garage wall on the property boundary. The wall/roof has no eaves. Roofing is colorbond with a gutter. Gutters are clean and in good condition. Potentially the gap between the gutter and roof sheets is too great causing rainwater to splash from the gutter into the roof cavity. Assistance needed to determine the cause of water running down the internal side of the wall and repair the cause. Photos both internal and external attached

300 liter steel tank and 2 heating panels to be removed from colourbond metal roof on single-storey house. Removal must be done with care to not damage roof or gutting. Plumbing pipes through roof to be removed and all holes repaired to be waterproof. All hardware (tank, panels and mounting) to be disposed of.

Partial gutter replacement/fix

I have some bird spikes to go under gable on second story as the pigeons are leaving a mess there and also wanted to pressure wash that part of the roof where all the debris is and wash down the gutter.  They also sit on the decorative railing. So I was thinking of using fishing line and a couple of eye screw hooks that I have to go above the railing to stop them perching there as the bird spikes will probably stand out to much on the railing so just thought it wouldn’t be so noticeable I have the bird spikes and got some sika as I was going to attempt myself but I don’t have working at heights gear. Repair the Garage Gutter accidentally damaged

Looking for someone to identify the source of the issue, and carry out the necessary repairs as it seems some water dripping near the eaves. I'm not sure what's causing it, but the eaves leaking looks slightly bent in that area, which makes me suspect there may be a leak behind the roof tiles. Increase

We have insulation installed already, but I has been moved around over the years by tradies resulting in gaps in the insulation. We just need someone to get up in the roof space and tidy up the insulation so there are no gaps. If there are gaps that can’t be covered, we will have batts purchased from Bunnings ready to be put over the gaps. The existing insulation is batts, not blown-in stuff. The roof space area is approx 70m2, single story unit.

Following a renovation, where insulation was removed, I need new insulation installed. Will require entry to the roof space from above (tiled roof). The area is roughly 50sqm (I cannot be precise as the ceiling is in now place). Photos are taken during the renovation! Also wanting existing installation put back in place where pulled up by electrician. I will provide the insulation.

Hello - I've purchased a couple of solar whirlybirds for my new colorbond roof, but I don't have any nibblers/etc to cut the holes out to suit. I'll need 2x approx 25cm holes cut at locations close to the roof ridge (locations are already marked). It's a single storey house with easy roof access. There's sarking (thin insulation) below the roof sheeting - not sure if that affects how easy this task would be. Note - this is not an installation project! I'm going to try and install them myself. This is just cutting the holes.
