I need to have the paint stripped, followed by rust proofing undercoating and repainting of the steel beams/fascia around my 2 car carport. I also need the same process for the painted wrought iron ballastrade on my front verandah please.

Stramit Speed Deck 500 / Speed Deck Ultra, or another engineer/roofer-approved 1 degree-capable equivalent, is acceptable if required. • Gutter: Stratco 115 Quad gutter in Surfmist, continuous across the outer 3480 mm edge. Use concealed/internal brackets where practicable. Provide a subtle longitudinal fall toward the toilet/right-hand end. • Downpipe: one 90 mm diameter round Surfmist downpipe at the toilet/right-hand end, positioned tight to the existing masonry to minimise visual impact. Connect to the existing stormwater system on site; exact connection route and detail to be determined by the installer on site. • Drainage / projection: roof falls away from the house into the continuous outer gutter. Finished projection may extend slightly beyond the nominal 1200 mm to accommodate the fascia/edge and gutter. Gutter fall is independent of the 1 degree roof fall. Roof fall approx. 21 mm over 1200 mm Outer edge drainage 115 Quad gutter; fall toward right-hand/toilet end Result Very shallow roof plane; approx. 21 mm fall reads visually almost flat. DESIGN INTENT A single long, skinny rectangular canopy. Left edge stops at the brick reveal beside the spare-room door; The existing toilet occupies the right-hand 2020 mm portion. The remaining 1460 mm shelters the spare-room entry.

Hi, I need to have a roof flushing and colourbond lifted so that I can pull a data cable through. The cable is essentially run but I can’t get to the ceiling corner without lifting the panel. Scope of works: remove flashing, lift colourbond panel, support cable pull (30 mins), replace colourbond and flashing. Own tools required. I can supply 2m ladder.
