Looking for an experienced handyman/carpenter to supply and install acoustic sealing trim to an existing internal sliding door to reduce sound transfer between rooms. Door is already installed and operational. Job will likely involve fitting perimeter seals/brush seals (head, jamb and possibly floor seal) suitable for a sliding door. Please quote including materials and labour. Experience with acoustic door sealing preferred.

Have had a new roof and require roof flashing installed, looking for quotes

- full gutter clean, inspect gutter and seal any hole and leaking point in gutter -repoint all the cracks and openings -reseal all penetrations.

Leak occurs during heavy showers only. Been awhile but managed problem. Appreciate attention now, quote for this followed by discussion on further inspection. The budget I nominate is guesswork and still like a quote if more.

Looking for someone to identify the source of the issue, and carry out the necessary repairs as it seems some water dripping near the eaves. I’m not sure what’s causing it, but the eaves lining looks slightly bent in that area, which makes me suspect there may be a leak behind the roof tiles.

Roof Leak Repair – Ceiling Water Stain – External Access Only (No Internal Entry) Description: I have a water stain on my ceiling near the cornice above a doorway (see photo attached). This appears to be from a roof leak. We need a roof/ veranda built over a back laundry door to protect the door from the weather and to provide some shelter when we step outside. Please refer to attached photos to get a look at the area. We have been told possibly a product called sandwich panel/ freezer panel may do the trick. We want a ceiling type look from underneath and the top possibly corrugated. It needs to sit under eaves and maybe a spout into existing down pipe for water to drain. The approx size is 1.8 X 1.7. We are open to suggestions. No support pole required as can attach to house.

Yakima roof racks already put together just need to secure them to roof rails on the jeep.

Following a renovation, where insulation was removed, I need new insulation installed. Will require entry to the roof space from above (tiled roof). The area is roughly 50sqm (I cannot be precise as the ceiling is in now place). Photos are taken during the renovation! Also wanting existing installation put back in place where pulled up by electrician. I will provide the insulation.

Hello - I've purchased a couple of solar whirlybirds for my new colorbond roof, but I don't have any nibblers/etc to cut the holes out to suit. I'll need 2x approx 25cm holes cut at locations close to the roof ridge (locations are already marked). It's a single storey house with easy roof access. There's sarking (thin insulation) below the roof sheeting - not sure if that affects how easy this task would be. Note - this is not an installation project! I'm going to try and install them myself. This is just cutting the holes.
