I want to turn my 2014 SWB VW caddy into a micro campervan. I would like the rear insulated with veejay panelling or marine carpet installed and a bed frame built and installed measuring 180cm x 160cm x 50cm Possibly a few small other jobs as well such as installing a tv bracket to the side walls.

Area under the stairs needs to be re-waterproofed and plastered

Live in a Stockland community and have a small drying court outside laundry door. Would like a laserlite roof over the whole court but would like it insulated over doorway and left normal laserlite over clothes line. Has to be approved by halcyon Stockland before it's done

Live in a halycon community with a drying court looking for someone to build a laserlite roof over the whole court with part of it lined over entry to laundry. I'm told that I need to have it approved by Halcyon with plans of what I'm going to do (we own the house)

We have water coming through the window frame, when it rains hard. Cleared the gutters so im guessing its from a tile. But I cannot see where.

Need the roof cleaned (newly restored so just blowing) and then all the gutters cleaned out and gutter gaurd installed. The gutter does need repair/replace in several areas but happy to do this as 2 seperate services if needed

Roof sheet was slightly damaged by falling tree and needs to be replaced. Two adjacent sheets were already replaced but this third sheet requires a hole to be cut to allow a drain pipe to protrude, and then patched and sealed. Requires a person with roofing skills

I have concrete tiles with no sarking. Also only half of the roof is filled with R2.5 insulation. I need someone to do the sarking or other type of reflective foil to be stapled between the rafters. Also instead of fully replacing, I I would rather reuse and push the existing R2.5 towards the back of the house (roof covered patio and the garage) and top up the rest of the roof with at least R3.5, preferably R5 (I prefer synthetic batts, I don't like the glass wool in case I need to work around it). But an aluminium foil is a must. I'm replacing the downlights and the exhaust fans so that you can lay the insulation without any gaps. I may paint the roof white in the future but can't afford replacing the tiles.
