With all this wind lately, there is a section of my roof panelling that has come loose & flapping when wind gets underneath the sheet. It has ripped the screw apart from the plastic, I need someone to get on the roof & secure that sheet again so it’s not causing any noise disturbances.

Needing 4 flags to be attached on 4 separate flagpoles - as per photo attached. Flagpoles are on the roof of a two-storey office building in Geelong CBD (flat roof). Access to the roof is through a manhole in the 2nd floor ceiling. A long ladder is needed to reach from the floor up to the manhole. So this is a job for someone reasonably fit and agile. Airtasker to provide their own ladder.

I need someone to go around the house and clean outside of the gutters (not inside, as that has already been done). They need a good scrub to get the old dirt/grime off of them (I think a blue non-scratch chux scourer and microfibre cloth + soapy water would work best) but I am open to suggestions to get the best clean. I have already done the front left part of the home but ran out of time to keep going. I probably didn't do the best job there, so go over that part again please. Clean solar panels at the back of a single story house. Clean hot water solar panel on the side of the house. Empty gutters (if anything) between both areas, mainly at the back corner where the trees are along the boundary. Access from side and backyard only.

Need someone to run ethernet cable from router at front of house, through wall and roof into back room of house where home office is located. Single story. I already have a 30m Cat 7 ethernet cable and I've attached pics of where the cable could go into the wall at both ends of the house (existing outlets). I want to run a cable from the wall in my office to my laptop. I'm not exactly sure what's needed, but I thought maybe you could replace the current outlets with ethernet sockets. Not sure. Please help.
