The gutter is on a first story studio above a garage, so not too high. Access from a laneway. There is no existing gutter guard to remove. Scope of Works - Leak Rectification -Supply & install 9 (lm) of new custom Zincalume back tray to be fixed and sealed in to position around existing skylight. - Inspect the cappings located along the wall (upper level roof). Re-seal & fix capping to prevent water ingress. -Remove all work related rubbish from site.

Need a roofing expert to find a leak in roof and repair it. Not obvious to me where the leak is. Metal roof over a single story house. There is a lightwell close to the leak which has guttering and can overflow in bad weather but don't think it is causing the leak, but we may need help to redesign the gutters/increase size. - Due date: Flexible
