Need strong capable person with experience in assembly (flatpack or more advanced) to assist with carrying (with trolley) components for flatpack pod to client location with lift and assisting (with training on site) to assemble Pods as per photos. An initial hours work costed here, so accept to discuss details. Target date is Tuesday 4th August. Need 3 people, so will run this 3 times. To clarify: Pods are delivered to site in flatback crates. We unload the crates and carry the panels in the lift ready to assemble. Have a trolley to use for this purpose. No delivery required at all.

Hourly rate $100. Remove old insulation. House is small: one living, bathroom and three bedrooms. Husband believes 5-6 hours worth of work once removed then vacuumed and if time allows replace. No dumping required.

Seeking quotes for paint job on a single storey cottage (party wall semi detached) in the eastern suburbs. Roof is in good condition so doesn’t require repairs, just cleaning and then paint. The job is to prep the roof surface (wash any dirt off) then paint the corrugated iron and flashing to match the new colour scheme of the house. Physical footprint of the roof area is approximately 55m2 (roof area including the pitch/slope may be slightly more) Job will require a pressure wash, undercoat, and two top coats in a slate grey colourbond colour. The bullnose verandah pictured will be done separately, and is not part of the job. Ideally we could find someone to also do the face of the gables, facia board and gutters but this is optional, we can do this if need be. Replacement/new gutter is over-flowing at low point into house. Need problem assessed and addressed. Either re-set gutter fall, install larger downpipe inlets, Cut over-flow perforations, install leaf guards, etc. on back lean-to, easy access. Happy to discuss prior to site visit. Need someone to climb on the roof and re silicone a small section of a pool heater than has become detached Need to then just briefly work with me to start the system ensuring no leaks and the fix holds. There's a gap in the flashing around the aircon unit on our roof. We need someone to temporarily fill the holes with silicone as we're waiting for the parts to arrive for longterm fix. A couple of holes, at biggest the equivalent of 50 cent pieces. We're in an old cottage, so you'd need an extension ladder to get onto the roof. It would be a quick job, just need someone who's happy with heights.

Hi guys, I have an issue with my gutters that is causing water to overflow during heavy rain. In some areas, the water also runs back underneath the eaves. I'm not sure whether the problem is due to the gutter size, insufficient downpipes, or something else. The house is double-story, and the length of the gutter on each side of the house is around 17 meters. There are 2 downpipes at each end of each side. Thanks,.

Clean gutters, there are around 8-10 that need cleaning. 2 levels so need a ladder. Roof terrace so don’t need a ladder to get to the top level, just single level.
