A 72-hour flood test will be carried out after completion. Final payment will only be released via Airtasker escrow once the flood test fully passes. No cash payments or private bank transfers. 6. If rotted timber framing or other hidden defects are uncovered after tile removal, all additional costs must be quoted in writing and approved by us in advance. No surprise unapproved extra charges. 7. The existing shower glass screen will be carefully dismantled. Small townhouse needing gutters cleaned and solar panels. Also need preventative mesh put down to prevent pigeons.

You may need a ladder. Access though the townhouse through to the back.
