Find an experienced plumber in North Sydney

I have adjusted the valve to allow more hot water in. Kitchen sink water gets hotter but shower and bathroom sink remain luke warm. Valve needs replacing. Would gladly fix it myself, but I can't turn off the mains in the strata complex. Needs to be qualified plumber. Please quote how much for valve (if too much I'll buy from bunnings), call out fee and labour costs. Thanks ☺️

I need the hose connected from my washing machine to the hot water tap. All is set and water is on, just having trouble connecting hose to the hot water inlet. Will need to bring a large spanner/tool.

Back-to-wall toilet in my apartment is leaking slowly at the base when flushed multiple times. There is no leak when the toilet is not in use or not flushed. It appears the issue may be with the wax seal, which might need replacement.
