Find an experienced plumber in Vermont South

The underground storm water pipe is totally blocked. (I guess) It should connect to the drain pipe. I tested the drain pipe and it has no issue. I couldn't figure out where it connected to. I would like some experienced guy can unblock the storm water pipe, and fix the pvc pipe(i broken them). - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 11 May 2023
