Toilet maintenance as water to the commode won't come

The screw has come out of the toilet seat and it swivels on one end when attempting to sit.

Take out old basin Replace with new basin on site 900m size from Bunnings

Blocked drain.

Disability Toilet seat connection to Ceramic base has broken. Supply and fix the connection so the seat can be connected properly, current is very loose. Seat originally bought from Bunnings.

Hi. I have 2 taps in my laundry that feed the washing machine, one of which is leaking a small amount of water even when shut down. Both taps are the same age (the house is from 1970), so I think it's better to get both done before the second one needs to be fixed as well. The taps are the 2 upper ones shown in the photos, the hot and cold water washing machine connections. I need someone who is professionally registered, insured and licensed for this kind of work. Leaking water tap need to be fixed asap

I have 2 drains located on my balcony that doesn't seem to be draining well, it created a massive flood during the storm which then leaked through into my bedroom. Need someone to take a look as possibly unblock them.

I need a plumber to install a gutter bracket. The gutter is tilted, preventing water from flowing properly. please check the picture.
