When the tap is turned on, water drips down through the hole where the mixer’s hoses pass through the sink (see photo with the red arrow). My upstairs tiled shower is leaking through to the ceiling below when in use. The grout on the shower floor has cracked, and a plumber has advised that the waterproofing membrane underneath may not have been installed properly, causing water to seep through.
