We are mid kitchen reno, will be changing from double sink (pictured) to single, and location slightly. Need the plumbing done for this. Plus plumbing for a mixer tap, and improve plumbing for dishwasher if possible.

We need a new mixer tap installed for our Landry sink. We will supply the part ☺️

Rod connecting mixer tap to sink needs to be adjusted so that swivel handle turns to correct side for hot or cold water. I have removed the steel plate, rubber and bolt connecting tap to sink. Rubber most likely needs replacing.

The Kitchen sink mixer tap needs to be removed and replace with a new tap. New sinker mixer tap will be provided and will just require fixing in the kitchen.

My kitchen mixer tap came apart and I need the new one Ive bought installed. I have instructions for the new one. May need the sink drain pipe unscrewed to get a shelf out from cabinet underneath but seems straight forward other than that. Im not a plumber though! Best time would be between 4.45 and 6pm today (Fri 10 April).

Reposting the job as I had to make an emergency overseas travel. Needed to replace 3 cartridges for basin mixer taps. Phoenix brand. See attached pics for details of 45mm flat cartridges. Tried buying cartridges from Bunnings, but they won’t sit in the faucet. Guess we need to replace mixers. I am happy to procure three mixers. Open for combined offer as well. No hot water coming in two taps, hence ned them done ASAP.

My shower leaks every time I use it

My shower head is leaking and I have turned both tapa off hard and it still dribbles, I need someone to repair this

Fix leaking shower (spindle issue) My shower head is slightly dripping continuously even when turned off. I’ve identified that the issue is likely coming from the tap/spindle (handle area), not the shower head itself. The handle has been removed and the spindle is exposed for reference for photos. Looking for someone experienced to: • Inspect the issue • Replace O-ring and/or cartridge/spindle if required • Stop the leak completely I’m happy to cover the cost of any small parts if needed. Prefer someone who has done similar fixes before.

Both shower heads leak so thinking probably the washer in one or both taps needs replacing

After flushing the toilet, the tank does not refill properly. Water keeps running but the tank cannot hold water. The water continues to flow and sometimes leaks from the flush button area.

Toilet emptying very slow and filling up quite high. Used a plunger a few times but not fixing the problem.

Toilet flush not working for 2X Toilets. Water running constantly unless I completely turn off the tap (which stops it filling). I have attempted to replace the valve seal but this didn't seem to do anything. I suspect that it will require replacing flush valve or inlet valve although not sure. The toilet is constantly running excess water into the bowl and the water level is going beyond the overflow point. I think that the flush valve might need replacing. Looking for somebody to check the problem, source the part and replace.
