Please suggest your cost. I have an existing sink that I would like removed. I would like a new sink installed(photo attached) and need to change the tap wear to a mixer. Tiles would probably need to be removed as well.

I’m looking for a plumber or experienced handyman to fix a kitchen mixer tap that has become loose and wobbly at the base. The tap still works normally with no leaks, but it moves around when turning it on/off or rotating the spout. It appears the mounting underneath the sink has come loose and needs to be tightened or repaired.

Part of mixer tap in kitchen has snapper off, unit will need replacing job includes parts. To be completed Friday night / Saturday morning

Looking for a licensed plumber to inspect and repair a leaking shower mixer, and check a second shower for a possible similar issue. Spare bathroom: Water is visibly seeping/dripping from underneath the mixer back plate while the shower is completely turned off. This is the main concern and is shown in the attached photos. This shower is very rarely used, so the water is not residual from shower use. Ensuite: I have also noticed some moisture around/underneath the mixer back plate. This shower is regularly used, so I’m unsure whether this is residual water or whether the second mixer may also have a leak. I’d like this checked at the same time. I’d like the source of the leak identified and repaired to prevent potential water damage behind the wall. Ideally looking to repair the existing mixer/s where possible rather than replace unnecessarily. A leak has made the bedroom and hallway carpet wet which we think is coming from the shower so need this resolving. We’re also considering upgrading our toilets so would like a recommendation on which ones we can get. Removal and install would be a new task.

Fix Toilet Making Hissing/Sucking Noise I’m looking for someone with plumbing experience to diagnose and fix my toilet cistern. Issue: * The toilet makes a constant hissing noise after flushing. * Earlier it was making intermittent “sucking” noises. * The cistern fills normally and the water stops when the float is lifted manually. * The water level sits close to the overflow. * There is no water trickling into the toilet bowl, so it doesn’t appear to be leaking through the flush valve. * Moving the cistern/lid briefly stopped the noise, but it has returned. I’m not sure if it’s the inlet/fill valve, a float adjustment, or something else. I’d like someone to inspect it, diagnose the problem, and repair it if possible.
