I need a cartridge replaced in our shower mixer tap which is currently leaking

My kitchen mixer tap is leaking slightly from the retractable braided hose underneath the sink. **The Details:** * **The Issue:** The leak is coming from a worn spot on the flexible braided hose under the counter (marked with a red circle in image.png and image_4.png). Previously I could stop the leak by turning the tap off tightly, but now it continues to drip/leak even when the tap is fully turned off. I have dripping shower head that i think the shower taps need fixing/tightening and 2x bedroom wall switches - one switch doesnt stay ‘on’ and causes light to flicker and the other was leant on during furniture move and needs fixing

Two toilets seem to have water continuously running and are slow to refill. Some grime and water pooling at base of main toilet. Sewerage odour has been observed as well.
