The Details: • What needs removing: A standard black gooseneck mixer tap mounted on a stone benchtop. • What needs installing: A brand new Caroma Husk sink mixer (chrome, retractable dual spray). It is brand new in the box with all parts and hoses included. • Location details: Standard under-sink access. Requirements: • Please bring your own tools and any standard consumables (like plumbers tape) needed for the job. • Must ensure there are no leaks once installed and tested. • Please take the old tap and any packaging away with you. I have attached photos of the current tap and the box for the new one so you know exactly what you are working with.

After flushing the toilet, the tank does not refill properly. Water keeps running but the tank cannot hold water. The water continues to flow and sometimes leaks from the flush button area.
