Hi, I need someone to fix a broken handle on my bathroom sink mixer tap. ​The top handle has broken off, and the small screwing piece is still stuck inside the hole on the handle. ​I have attached photos showing the exact tap and the hole where the piece is stuck. ​What I need done: ​Fix the broken tap handle. ​Please bring whatever tools are necessary to deal with the stuck screw and complete the repair. ​If a replacement handle or internal parts are required, please let me know. I am happy to adjust the final price to reimburse you for any required parts.

I have a slow leak from my kitchen sink mixer tap. The leak appears to be coming from the base of the mixer where it meets the benchtop (see attached photos). I initially thought it might be a worn washer, O-ring or cartridge. The mixer tap in kitchen sink is dripping and the isolator inside the cabinet does not seem to shut off the water supply. So mixer tap to be replaced and valve (maybe one is working but check both and replace both isolator valves). I can buy the gooseneck mixer tap

Long story short, the shower doesn’t hold back water at the door base and floods the entire bathroom. I suspect the door seals are all very old and need replacing, and a better stop solution needs to be installed. I think the small transparent barrier that is there is not enough, and the water is getting past it.
