We are looking professional handyman to get fixed a new kitchen tap.

Shower has been leaking for a few weeks and I’m losing a lot of water

we have 3 of the same toilet in house (9 years old) but only one continually flushing/ running. Ive tried adjusting float but no joy. Currently have water release valve next to toilet screwed in as much as possible so water runs slow, therefore cistern fills up slowly once flushed. Have photos if that helps. Not willing to pay more than $100 for this type of job.

The shower upstairs is leaking. I am looking for someone to please replace the shower washer.

My dad has a drainage issue in his home. The mainline seems to be blocked somewhere, perhaps by fibrous tree roots. The shower backs up although he has mentioned that he has fished out any hair that could have been the culprit. He is not tech savvy so I am posting this job from Tasmania however the task is in Panorama, South Australia .

please view attached images, removing laundry sink plus rooting the pipe line for shower water wall through and renovating shower 900x1100 cm and ceiling hight is 2000 cm. And also instal hand wash basin in the corner. There is hot water pipe line in the corner(observe image left side of the sink)

It is old basin the hot water tap leaks everything, the depth is very swallow , so water spillage too.

I have put in an approx. Hourly cost, but please adjust as you see fit, plus parts. I'm after a plumber to- 1. Change two braided hoses to toilets. If this isn't possible without moving the toilet, disregard this item. 2. Adjust the temperature control of the shower tap. Very sensitive taps, older home. Only a mm movement will switch it to ice cold or burning hot. 3. Check out slow draining downstairs sink. I suspect hair is blocking it as there was a bunch of cut hair shoved into the drain when I'd moved in. 4. Check and adjust dishwasher connection and dishwasher is operational. I installed myself and had to use an extension hose, which also leaks very slightly at the connector to the extension hose. Dishwasher water sits in the hose and the dishwasher didn't drain in the last run, unsure if it is the length of the hose, the small dishwasher that is the problem or if the dishwasher has just stopped playing ball.

The tap that feeds the dishwasher is leaking from the top of the tap. I need it fixed/ replaced please.

Have a stubborn pipe under the sink that needs to be taken out and cleared. There’s a broken piece as well that needs to be replaced.

Copper main pipe leading to house is leaking, appears to have a slow leak near the base of the valve. needs repair.

Fix loose toilet seat. Unsure if parts are required but can supply if needed.

Water goes slow through kitchen sink, shower and toilet too. So May be need some work in down pipeline. - Due date: Before Friday, 29 July 2022

Needing a washer replaced in my Mother's toilet tap so she can turn tap on and off. Will need to bring washer and tools.

Need to replace old taps with New ones as these are very old taps which would proper tools to loosen them (the cold tap is leaking water)- sorry posting this again, but due to unavoidable circumstances, my previous ad expired and could not respond to some awesome people that responded to my earlier advertisement.

Renovating a house and need to dismantle 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms. Just require plumbing disconnected so that we can remove cabinetry.

Cold water tap on the right has no water flowing out. Just a trickle. Suspects to be needing washer replacement. Hot water tap on the left flows out of the same outlet and is working totally fine.

Tap spout needs replacing as water is leaking out of it.

Fix leaking tap washing machine slow drip probably washer
