Shower tap not turning off.

Leak from handheld Bidet water spray in one of the bathroom and there is no water flow from the handheld bidet water spray. We closed the valve on the valve before we went on leave . when we came back when we open the valve there is no water flow.

Need the cold water tap of washing machine fixed as it’s leaking

Change standard but new tap to hose tap.

Main drain is blocked. Require it to be unblocked

Toilet has been blocked . Flushing but has had difficulty with toilet being flushed and travelling up. It’s okay here and there but something needs to be done

The hot water tap doesn’t lock completely.

Reposting sorry as I task had expired before I'd made a selection. I have put in an approximate Hourly cost, but please adjust as you see fit, plus parts. I'm after a plumber to- 1. Change two braided hoses to toilets. If this isn't possible without moving the toilet, disregard this item. 2. Adjust the temperature control of the shower tap. Very sensitive taps, older home. Only a mm movement will switch it to ice cold or burning hot. 3. Check out slow draining downstairs sink. I suspect hair is blocking it as there was a bunch of cut hair shoved into the drain when I'd moved in. 4. Check and adjust dishwasher connection and dishwasher is operational. I installed myself and had to use an extension hose, which also leaks very slightly at the connector to the extension hose. Dishwasher water sits in the hose and the dishwasher didn't drain in the last run, unsure if it is the length of the hose, the small dishwasher that is the problem or if the dishwasher has just stopped playing ball. I'm unfortunately only available on Fridays and the weekends.

Basic plumbing, need to connect bidet water supply all parts and fixtures already provided and connect inlet valve as well.

- Install a supplied whole house water system (3 Stage - 20inch canisters with wall bracket) will need fittings. - Mount to brick wall - Can be mounted about a metre away from existing mains water pipes entering the house.
