I am assisting an elderly lady with done minor works. We need the bathroom taps swapped over from old plastic ones to stainless steel and other minor fittings updated. We will supply the taps and towel rails etc, just need someone to swap out. Works include 2 x toilet roll holders, 2 x towel rails, 1 x 3 piece bath taps, 1 x 3 piece vanity taps etc, 1 x 3 piece shower tap set. Refer pics on what needs replacing

Remove old toilet. Fit new toilet. Can supply toilet if needed. Drain hole setting is 220mm from wall. Toilet is a s trap .

Install gas free standing stove to gas valve, legs and get level. Install waste and finish off water so it’s ready for dishwasher and taps. Will need to supple some copper and waste pipes

2 taps require fixing (potential replacement) and running pvc pipe from downlet to rainwater tank.

Garden tap leaking requires washer replacement, refitting onto copper pipe.

Removing old grout in the bathroom shower and regrouting and sealing around the shower heads

To install copper piping of rear wall, drill through brick work and install isolation tap for dishwasher install. To install a new dishwasher.

Install new toilet suite. Old one is already removed. No change in plumbing.

Need a new dishwasher to be installed in a retro kitchen. (Not replacing). New space has been created at the side of the sink as seen in the picture.

I have gas pipe in the kitchen that needs to be capped off and terminated. The pipe can be capped off from the roof or the kitchen area. I just want to make sure that I can cover the hole in the wall afterwards ( please see the picture)
