Looking for an experienced plumber to diagnose, repair and reinstall my toilet. *** Open to all reasonable offers *** The toilet is about 9 years old and has already been fully removed and dismantled, so everything is accessible. 1. Intermittent sewer smell There is an intermittent sewer/drain smell around the toilet. It comes and goes with no obvious pattern and is not clearly related to flushing. I need the actual cause diagnosed. Please check the pan collar, rubber seals, floor waste, wall/floor waste connection and other joints for sewer gas leakage, poor alignment or damaged/aged seals. If a faulty seal or pan collar is found, please replace it. 2. Continuous minor water leakage When unused, the toilet makes a constant small water-running sound, suggesting water is slowly leaking through the flush valve into the bowl. I have already purchased: * New inlet/fill valve * New flush/outlet valve * New flush button Please install these and ensure the inlet valve shuts off fully, the flush valve seals correctly, the button works and there are no water leaks. Reinstallation After repair: * Reinstall and secure the toilet * Use my bathroom-grade neutral-cure silicone to secure/seal the toilet base to the floor * Ensure the toilet is stable * Test multiple flushes * Check all water and waste connections for leaks * Confirm the waste connection is properly sealed The silicone is for the toilet base/floor, not the waste pipe. The toilet is already dismantled, some new parts and silicone have been purchased. If additional parts are required, please advise the cost before proceeding. As most preparation and parts are already covered, I am looking for a fair price based on the actual work required rather than a full installation/replacement charge. *** Open to all reasonable offers ***

Need to fix water leaking on wall

Looking for an experienced plumber or handyman to repair several tap issues before my house goes on the market. Work required: * Repair 4 sets of taps that are leaking. * Most leaks appear to be from worn spindle O-rings/seals, with: * Some leaking from around the spindle. * Some leaking from under the chrome base/flange. * Shower tap spindle may need extending as it sits too far back in the wall. * Bath tap requires an attachment/adaptor so the chrome cover/base can screw back on correctly. * Check all taps and replace any required O-rings, washers or spindle assemblies as needed to stop all leaks. I’m looking for someone with experience repairing older style taps who can supply any small parts required. Please quote including labour and advise if any additional parts are likely to be needed.

It seems like the small flush has lost a spring I've been to Reece plumbing to see if they have the part and then to Bunnings and was suggested I need the whole part There are no names on the cistern to identify the brand

Removal of Rain Water Tank

Water leaking from the shower faucet handle, then noticed a week later water was leaking from the shower head.

Bathroom upgrade needs toilet seat relocation and shower relocation. Then install the toilet , vanity etc

Bathroom heat lamps (2) could not be switched on, needing replacement

Attached the waste water and the water supply for washing machine. Will need to supply the water supply tube and also the equipment to attach the waste water. See photos

Tap has a slow leak and drain flows away slowly

I need a kitchen cabinet under the existing sink enlarged & made higher to suit new sink. - Due date: Flexible

Need old kitchen sink removed & new one fitted up higher above cupboard so panel will need to be fitted, taps will have to be re-positioned. If you look at pictures the new sink will sit above where the tap outlets are in the wall, & be just below window sill, & the basin will be deeper so drain pipes should be ok, will get new taps that come out of sink rather than the wall.
