We are looking for an experienced technician to diagnose an intermittent hot water issue with our Eco Alliance ECO-260LE 260L Heat Pump Hot Water System. Issue: * Two consecutive guest bookings have reported no hot water. * The first guest said some hot water returned after switching the unit off and back on. * The next guests also reported no hot water. * Our cleaners inspected the system twice (once after each booking), and both times there was hot water available and the system appeared to be working normally. * The fault seems to be intermittent, so we’d like a proper diagnosis rather than simply resetting the unit.
