Cold water tap for shower doesn't work when turned (no water flow). Water is flowing for all other taps in the house, hot water tap for the shower. I am the landlord for this property, exact time to attend will be arranged with the tenant, but they are generally fairly flexible.

Tap is used for piping to a washing machine. The property is tenanted (I am the landlord) so will need to co-ordinate with tenants for best time to attend. Leak is not urgent so this is flexible.

Leaking Toilet (Women's Bathroom) The toilet is leaking from the bottom, not sure why. A staff member believes it is due to a damaged wax ring or loose mounting and that we need the wax ring replaced and the toilet properly re-sealed.
