I require a qualified plumber’s second opinion that can be provided in writing after an inspection regarding on whether the pipes under my shower exclusively serve my apartment or if they service the whole building. I live in a Strata title apartment block and repairs were done to fix a leak within the pipes, these repairs were done through the contracted plumbers under Strata. Challenging the Strata Corporation that this is not my cost as pipes are considered “common property” and therefore are not the owner’s responsibility.
