Hi, I need to install washing machine in the laundry. The hot and cold water supply valves each have a round metal cap screwed onto the threaded connection where the hoses are supposed to attach. I need someone to remove those metal caps and then securely connect the washing machine hoses to the correct hot and cold valve. If anyone with the tools and know how can give us a hand, that would be great.

There are puddle of water on the floor around the washer. Water has been leaking from under the washer even when the washer was not in use. I have checked the taps and pipes but it doesn't seem that these are loose. I need someone to come and check what's the issue and then fix the issue. The washer is brand new and bought in February this year. Take note that washer is heavy.
