Leaking under the sink. Unscrewed the U-shaped pipe and checked to ensure it wasn’t blocked. After putting it back there is still ongoing dripping. It’s about as tight as I can screw back on and continues to leak.

The water is leaking when I try to screw the hose heads of my washing machine into the plumbing and run it. I suspect the hose head (o ring?) may be damaged and need replacement.
