Kitchen mixer tap needs replacing. Replacement tap already purchased (installation only required. Easy access under sink and flexible with timing)

My mixture tap was leaking, so I tried to replace the cartridge myself, but the cartridge was not removable, so I decided to replace it with a new tap. The supply pipe is thin, so I had to replace the connection, but I couldn't do it myself, so I decided to ask a plumber to do it for me. I have already purchased a new mixture tap.

Need to remove old mixer and install a new one. Will provide new mixer. Licensed plumber only please.

The mixer tap spins but no water comes out. It started to over spin before it finally broke.

I need help fixing a leak coming from the base of the kitchen mixer tap. When the tap is turned on, water drips down through the hole where the mixer’s hoses pass through the sink (see photo with the red arrow). The leak appears to be coming from inside the mixer body or around the hose connections, then running underneath the sink.

Hi, shower is slowly leaking out of pipe on the wall. I've included a pic. Im in the middle of the regrouting so you'll have to be careful with water etc. I'll sheet it up.

Toilet emptying very slow and filling up quite high. Used a plunger a few times but not fixing the problem.

Toilet flush not working for 2X Toilets. Water running constantly unless I completely turn off the tap (which stops it filling).
