One kitchen and one laundry sink mixer tap to be installed. Old ones to be removed.

Already have a new mixer tap to replace previous one.

Mixer leak from below bench level when I use the hot water. Not sure what part of the mixer is leaking. Not sure if I need to buy a new mixer or not.

My shower leaks every time I use it

My shower head is leaking and I have turned both tapa off hard and it still dribbles, I need someone to repair this

Fix leaking shower (spindle issue) My shower head is slightly dripping continuously even when turned off. I’ve identified that the issue is likely coming from the tap/spindle (handle area), not the shower head itself. The handle has been removed and the spindle is exposed for reference for photos. Looking for someone experienced to: • Inspect the issue • Replace O-ring and/or cartridge/spindle if required • Stop the leak completely I’m happy to cover the cost of any small parts if needed. Prefer someone who has done similar fixes before.

Toilet blocked, new toilet hasn’t been used at all

The toilet seat is slanted to the side, it’s not sitting straight, it swivel to the side when using. The shower head holder isn’t locked in place, it just slides down try to adjust height

1. Need to patch & paint small hole in wall. Then refit toilet roll holder back into plaster wall securely. 2. Fit a new door handle onto a door, no handle in place at the moment. New handle will go above the digital lock you see in the image.

We have 2 toilets seats that have become unanchored to the toilet - the photo's attached show lack of bolts on both seats - allowing the whole seat to detach from the main bowl

Two toilets seem to have water continuously running and are slow to refill. Some grime and water pooling at base of main toilet. Sewerage odour has been observed as well. Running water sounds from toilet. Sounds like tank never gets full. I'm not sure 100% but it's not leaking out, there's no mess.

I have a blocked toilet. I tried to plunger it but no success, tried with a plunger and with a mop. The toilet is on the second level of the residential house.

Slight continued flow in the toilet — it seems like the water valve at the back isn’t fully closing. The unit is quite old, and I’d rather not replace the whole thing at this stage. It looks like water keeps dripping into the bowl because the float mechanism at the back doesn’t completely seal or lock shut.
