Kitchen mixer tap is lose need to be fixed and tighten.

The mixer tap in my shower came off & a guest has glued it back on the wrong way. Just need it taken off and out back on correctly . It still works fine except you need to turn it backwards to turn it on and it's a little weird.

Hi all I want to upgrade these tap to the single mixer tap.

Need to replace a mixer tap, two shut-off valves, two pressure limiting valves and other water supply lines heading up to the tap/to the dishwasher. We don't think we need to replace the sink or any of the drainage, but if it's necessary that's fine. We don't currently have any parts or a replacement tap because we don't want to buy something with compatibility problems. We can buy them ourselves or reimburse you. Budget is for the labour, parts are in addition.

Stop the shower from leaking. Both hot and cold water knobs are turned off but water still continue to flow through the pipe. There is a stopper currently preventing the water from flowing out.

Waterproofing has failed and leaked. The tiles will need to be removed and waterproofing redone.

Hi Need a plumber as soon as possible to replace what we believe is the flush valve (we had a flooded toilet this morning) We also need a plumber to replace washing machine taps, and taps and faucet of laundry sink (we have the taps/faucet)

The toilet seat moves around so needs to be fixed. Also a door nob is a bit loose

Our toilet bowl needs re-coating. The enamel has come off. It's hard to see in the photo because of the blue loo but it's come off most of the bowl.
