Replace exisiting kitchen sink mixer with new one

We would need to remove both taps from the sink, and replace it with an electric mixer tap (that needs to be connected only to cold water).

Remove and dispose of existing leaky kitchen sink mixer tap (limited space around sink, see photos). Install new Ikea kitchen sink mixer tap and clear silicone around bench penetration.

Shower leaking, washers need changing

The shower is leaking even when both the hot and cold water knobs are fully turned off

We have 1) a leaky shower that needs fixing and 2) to replace 6 curtain rails.

Plumber came last week used CCTV (no leakage found) and drain machine (clear the blockage) but our toilet isn’t flushing again this afternoon so if you can come and fix it please.

Hello, I need help with the toilet which is making a high-pitched shrieking noise intermittently when not in use. The noise seems to disappear when flushing (I have a recording). This is in a ground floor unit in Chifley. Thank you.

Tenant has reported that the top piece of the flush comes off frequently and then the entire flush falls into the cistern. Here is more information: “Here's the flush top, and how the other toilet appears by comparison. Ive re-fitted this ring piece several times but it constantly works its way off, this leads to the flush piece either falling down into the cistern or getting a bit stuck on the way down and having to be retrieved. I actually don't think it would take much more than a waterproof glue to re-fit but I'm not by any means an expert on if there is a greater issue below the lid. I can't see any branding on the toilet, but here is a full picture of the toilet also. “

We have one toilet that when you flush waterfills the bowl instead of flushing off. after some hour or two water level slowly resides. We tried a plunger and a small eel. Still it did not clear up the blockage.

Reattach a toilet roll holder and fix up wall. My 4 year old hung on the toilet roll holder in our bathroom and it came off the wall along with some plaster board. The work is to fix it.
