Braided hose under the basin mixer tap in the bathroom leaks. The braided hose needs to be replaced. It's for cold water. Mixer to valve distance is about 500mm. I am available from morning until 5PM today. Licensed plumber only.

This is a warranty replacement tap. It needs to be swapped for the existing tap. The work must be carried out by a licensed plumber.

I just noticed from one corner of my toilet base upstairs, a little blue water is coming out. Could be the wax seal ring inside broken.Can I please request someone to come and have a look and possibly resolve the issue? I have no idea how much needed to fix it.
