The existing hot and cold water connections are already there and are easily accessible under the sink. They look to be in good condition, and no plumbing alterations should be required. Kitchen mixer tap – low hot-water pressure The kitchen mixer tap has normal/good cold-water pressure, but the water flow reduces significantly when the tap is turned towards fully hot. The hot water pressure in the bathroom is normal, so the issue appears to be isolated to the kitchen tap/hot-water connection. I'd like a plumber to diagnose and repair the issue.

Looking for a licensed plumber to inspect and repair a leaking shower mixer, and check a second shower for a possible similar issue. Spare bathroom: Water is visibly seeping/dripping from underneath the mixer back plate while the shower is completely turned off. This is the main concern and is shown in the attached photos. This shower is very rarely used, so the water is not residual from shower use. Ensuite: I have also noticed some moisture around/underneath the mixer back plate. This shower is regularly used, so I’m unsure whether this is residual water or whether the second mixer may also have a leak. I’d like this checked at the same time. Looking for an experienced plumber to fix a blocked toilet in Ballajura today if possible. A complete plastic toilet rim freshener/holder was accidentally flushed down the toilet. The toilet still drains some water, but after it was used again, solids are now not flushing properly and are backing up. I have already tried reaching inside with gloves but cannot feel or retrieve the plastic piece. I believe the plastic holder may be stuck inside the toilet trap.

Fix Toilet Making Hissing/Sucking Noise I’m looking for someone with plumbing experience to diagnose and fix my toilet cistern. Issue: * The toilet makes a constant hissing noise after flushing. * Earlier it was making intermittent “sucking” noises. * The cistern fills normally and the water stops when the float is lifted manually. * The water level sits close to the overflow. * There is no water trickling into the toilet bowl, so it doesn’t appear to be leaking through the flush valve. * Moving the cistern/lid briefly stopped the noise, but it has returned. I’m not sure if it’s the inlet/fill valve, a float adjustment, or something else. I’d like someone to inspect it, diagnose the problem, and repair it if possible.
