I need a leak report for my shower base. Leak is on the right edge highlighted resulting in a leak and damage to the downstairs ceiling. I need a report outlining the leak particularly the cause of the leak and the likelihood of it not being due to wear and tear but an impact. I also have a a building inspection from late last year when the property was purchased starting the good order of the shower which needs to be considered. Finally the base is currently sealed with tarp for waterproof use so will need to be replaced once removed for inspection.

The bathroom sink completely broke. It needs fixing. Also the shower head is leaking a lot of water.

Have a leaking shower, tap seats need replacing. I do not want to replace the whole piping and rip out my tiles. I have a tap seat replacement kit. Need an experienced plumber that know how to do this, reseating doesn’t seem to be an option either as there is no more room to do this.

when flushing, the water is not draining quick enough and rising at times in both toilets and two sinks. there is gurgling when flushing.

Inspect and clear a blocked toilet, identify and remove the source of the blockage, flush and test the system to ensure proper operation, check for any leaks or ongoing drainage issues, and tighten the kitchen sink tap and vanity tap. I prefer someone with a pressure jet and camera to diagnose actual issue .

The toilet has been blocked, doesn't clear even after trying the plunger technique. Maybe a Toilet auger insertion with high-pressure jetting is required. A registered plumber who has a particular skill and expertise is required.

Toilet is not working. Originally it wouldn't refill with water. I tried to diagnose the issue and snapped a plastic component of one of the valves in the process. Need someone to please replace damaged / faulty parts so the toilet works again. Plumbing qualification not required, as long as you know what you're doing! Required to be completed before 3pm 31st December when we are having friends come around. Can be completed today (30th), tomorrow morning or tomorrow (31st) early afternoon at the latest.
