The pipe in the toilet appears to have started leaking or may have burst. The tiles are quite wet, as shown in the photos. The leak needs to be repaired as soon as possible.

Our IKEA single pull out tap and dishwasher connected. Pipes capped ready to go so most plumbing part already completed. We just need it connected.

Shower, bathroom sink and bath need recaulking

This is a custom made system and may require replacement, not sure if it can be dismantled to replace washer due to it being welded shut.

The tap licking, I tried to replace the washer but is quite tight. Need Help!

Re-attaching undermount sink

One of the stormwater pipes is releasing water into the ground, which is seeping into the subfloor of the house. To prevent this issue, I would like to connect the stormwater pipe to the one that discharges into the sewer line. Please see the attached photos for reference.

Hi, My Miele dishwasher is throwing up the F13 error: water inlet /open stopcock. I’ve checked the hose, cleaned the filter on the water inlet valve and the water pressure is fine. So I suspect the water inlet valve may need replacing. Note: budget is for assessment and labour. Parts if required will be on top.

We are getting new kitchen installed shortly and require a plumber to disconnect the sink and also install the necessary plumbing for a new dishwasher. The dishwasher is going to be situated on the left side of the bench top. The bench top and cabinets may require a little bit of demolition to carry out the works but I’ll do as much as I can to make life a bit easier.
