The in wall cistern WC is not flushing properly seems slow to fill. Also kitchen tap which is a goose neck with hose is leaking. Just need these two issues fixed

My cool room is not working

We are in a townhouse. Our downstairs laundry/toilet has a blockage. We have tried draino, and hand auger without being able to unblock it. We need someone to come and clear it properly. Will likely need an eel/jetter. No CCTV required, its not tree roots etc.

Looking for someone to disconnect and remove the white water line that previously went to a plumbed fridge. The blue line goes to my tap water filter and needs to remain connected and working. I just want the white line removed so only the blue filter line remains connected to the valve. This is under the kitchen sink and should be a quick job for someone familiar with plumbing fittings.
