Located in Port Kennedy. My shower won’t stop leaking or trickling water and it’s getting bloody annoying. I don’t think it’s a huge job, just needs someone experienced who actually knows what they’re doing (not a plumber necessarily, just handy and confident with this kind of thing). Showers are leaking after new shower frames were installed . Water leaking mainly from the bottom of the frame between the frame and and tiles.

Toilet is leaking from the base of the pan onto the bathroom floor. Water pools around the base after flushing. Suspect a worn wax seal / pan connector between the toilet and the floor outlet.
