Looking for a qualified installer to supply and install a new 3.5kW reverse-cycle split-system air conditioner in our upstairs office. The office is approximately 24m² (4m x 6m) and is located upstairs in a warehouse, close to the roof. We currently have an older cooling-only split system that needs replacing. Job includes: * Supply and installation of a quality 3.5kW reverse-cycle split system. * Removal and disposal of the existing indoor and outdoor units. * Reuse of existing mounting locations where possible. * Any necessary electrical work, as the existing indoor unit is plugged into a standard power point. * All required pipework, brackets and installation materials. * Testing and commissioning of the new system. Electrical information: There is an electrical switchboard upstairs in the office, approximately 6–8 metres from the existing air conditioner. There is a roof cavity above the office with existing access provisions, so the new electrical circuit should be able to run through the roof space and drop down to the switchboard. Photos attached showing the switchboard and existing air-conditioning locations. Important: Looking for someone appropriately licensed and qualified to complete both the air-conditioning installation and any electrical work required. Ideally, one person who can complete the entire job without needing to organise another tradesperson. Decommissioned Box air conditioner is about to be pulled out of wall and I need it filling in and plastering/rendering on inside of house and sealed off on outside of house. No electrical work is needed. Outside part needs some small brick work completed. See photo.

Two x air con units require full service. One is placed high on the wall and will only be accessed by a ladder - see photos. Units are placed on ground outside on veranda - easy access. 1 x Unit outside leaks when aircon is on.

Air conditioner cleaning, mould found

My Fujitsu air conditioner tripped the main power (for that switch) this morning, and now won’t function. When turning on, looks like 4 quick operation (red) flashes followed by 2 timer (green) flashes. Hoping someone can come today as we’re freezing at work.
