Shower head leaks - from the holes where the shower water normally comes out. Have to turn both hot and cold water taps off really hard to reduce dripping, but it still drips (cold water). Same story for kitchen sink ... cold water tap has to be turned off especially hard and when turned on, you get a sudden spurt. Red arrows show where the dripping happens.

Connect Downpipe to mains Stormwater. Supply and install 12m of 90mm solid slotted agi drain and 20mm drainage scoria.

Need a mains pressure reducing valve installed as well as a new tap or washer as it doesn’t close properly. This is a unit without individual water meters however the tap in photo is on my premises.

The hot water knob on the sink is stuck completely. It won't move at all. Before that it was leaking slightly and a different plumber got it stuck. The shower has an odd problem. The hot will work if only the hot only is turned on. If the cold is put on at all even just a little bit then the water just turned cold. Even if the hot is fully turned and the cold is just turned a tiny bit the water just goes completely cold. What is happening here and how much would it be to fix it?

Wet wipes have been flushed down the toilet and pipes are gargling for the past week with a slight smell emanating from the shower and dish washer drains on the odd occasion. Photo is off the outside pipe which i believe is the culprit

Install a Bunnings S trap toilet and cistern. I just need help with the cistern part.

When I use my outside hose the tap leaks, also want the hose reel mounted to the brick wall.

Install two new toilets and remove and dispose of existing toilets. The existing toilets have been siliconed to the tiled floor so may need to be broken up to remove safely from floor.

Replace the kitchen tap with a new one

The cistern needs fixing, I’m not sure what parts are needed if any but I can’t put it back together. The shower head is broken and the cold water squeals when turned on. The cupboards on the vanity need to be put back on and a couple of light bulbs which I can’t reach need replacing.

Remove 900mm Vanity & toilet. Install 900mm vanity ( wall hung) and toilet. Plumber / fitter to supply and fit necessary plumping pipes to do task. I have already purchased vanity, sink, tap and toilet - can send videos of display units when we connect. Vanity is order with local bathroom supplier and will arrive on Friday. Would be ideal to complete Job on Saturday or Sunday. Please note: I will need the fitter to pick up vanity and toilet from shop (2Km)
